It's a great honor for us to declare that Mr. Ge Ming joined Horizon as chairman of the Strategic Development Committee. He is responsible mainly for cross-border merger and acquisition business, which marks that M&A is formally listed into the key business scope of Horizon Group.

        Mr. Ge was ex-Chairman of EY China. After retirement he has been working on international M&A business. He serves as the vice president of Chinese Society of Mergers and Acquisitions now. In more than 30 years’ working career, Mr. Ge has accumulated rich experience and business resources, especially in international mergers and acquisitions. He has own unique connections and insights.

        With the join of Mr. Ge, there will be more M&A experts from time to time join in the team of Horizon.
