On May 15, 2011, Sichuan branch of Horizon Group and the Development & Reformation Bureau of Chongzhou city sign a cooperation agreement.

　　The content of this agreement is to check, and arrange and complete the materials involved in rebuilding Chongzhou city after natural disaster. Sichuan branch has done lots of preparation for this project. 30 CPAs and 20 certified cost engineers of Sichuan branch will join this project. Among the projects accepted by Sichuan branch, this project is the biggest one since it was established.
