The Chinese People's Armed Police Frontier Force (hereinafter

　　referred to as Frontier Force) publicly recruits accounting agencies to audit 2014-2016 settlements of its affiliated units. Horizon Engineering Project Management (Beijing) Limited wins first place among accounting agencies selected by the Frontier Force.

　　The auditing contents for this project are: 1. Auditing capital

　　construction settlement for the Frontier Force’s departments and affiliated units; 2. Auditing capital construction settlement which investment is equal to or more than CNY 10 million for the Frontier Force’s headquarters, colleges and affiliated units; 3. Auditing capital construction settlement of a single project which investment is equal to or more than CNY 0.2 million. In 2014, the Frontier Force arranges about 30 capital constructions and the total investment is about CNY billion.
